If you change your mind about your order you can contact us before you order is shipped and you will be refunded the cost of shipping ONLY so please read descriptions and be confident with your order before you purchase.

Damages Delays and Issues
Here at Pretty Girl Secret's We carefully Inspect Our Jewelry When Unpacking Inventory And Again Before Packaging Orders. Once Your Order Is Handed Off To USPS We are NOT Responsible For Lost/Damage/Stolen/Delayed Packages. For Damages That May Have Been Caused during Transportation for Delivery. Please Contact Your Post Office ASAP to handle the situation and/or File A Claim. (Have your tracking # ready)

We are not responsible for Wrong Addresses. Please Double Check Your Address Before Placing Your Order

If Your package is returned due to an incorrect address. You will have to pay for a new shipping label for your package to be re-shipped after we receive it back in the mail. Labels are 4$ for domestic shipping and 13-15$ for international shipping 

We are not Responsible For Delays In transportation Due to Covid-19 or natural disasters
